We understood that it was important for Camilla to maintain her creative freedom while staying within the strict framework of European universities. That’s why we made the process as structured and predictable as possible: each task had a clear deadline, and each step had a clear goal. This helped reduce stress and focus on the most important thing – revealing her talent and creating a strong candidate profile.
We defined a strategy and a timeline
We created a clear admissions plan with a calendar of deadlines so that Camilla’s creative energy would not interfere with, but rather help in the process.
Selected universities
Selected universities that matched her values, goals and chances of funding.
Developed a personal brand
Selected new activities: volunteering, participation in competitions and theater projects. All this allowed us to strengthen our portfolio and show the versatility of our personality.
Wrote an essay
It is based on Camilla’s mission: to create websites and applications that will preserve the cultural heritage of her country and increase interest in traditions. This made the essay unique and memorable.
Prepared letters of recommendation
Individual texts were developed for each university. All that was left for Camilla to do was to obtain the signatures of the recommenders.
Collected and processed all documents
We took full responsibility for packaging the application and monitoring deadlines.
Negotiated a scholarship
After receiving offers, we continued the dialogue with universities and secured funding at all three universities.
Support before and after admission
We stayed in touch until she left and helped with adaptation. Even after the end of the contract, Camilla remained in our community, where an atmosphere of support and warmth reigns.
Admission to 3 European countries at once — France, Italy, and Hungary with funding at all universities. The total amount of scholarships was $135,000 for the entire period of study. Camilla chose the university with the most favorable offer and has already started her studies.
Camilla’s story shows: even if you are afraid of deadlines and think that it is difficult for a creative person to “fit in” with the rules, everything is possible with the right strategy.
